A Necedah man was cited for ‘operating an ATV on private property without permission’.  The deputy said 29-year old Justin Williams admitted operating an all terrain vehicle on his neighbor’s land on 22nd Street East in the Town of Necedah Sunday to retrieve a deer he had shot.  Williams was fined $263.50.
