Obstruction-hiding under a blanket
A Tomah man found hiding under a blanket at a friend’s house in New Lisbon appeared in Juneau County Circuit Court Tuesday. 27-year old Christopher Ploessl pled ‘no contest’ to obstruction and Judge John Roemer fined him 600-dollars plus court costs for a total of $1009. The plea agreement dismissed a citation of OWI-1st offense issued by the City of New Lisbon. A New Lisbon Police Officer was attempting a traffic stop in May 2013 when Ploessl ran into a house and tried hiding under a blanket in a bedroom.
