A Camp Douglas man was cited for ‘no proof of insurance’.  The deputy said Friday afternoon 28-year old Eric Oppert was traveling north on 1st Avenue in the Town of Cutler.  As he attempted a right turn onto 25th Street, the 1978 Chevy Impala slid into a stop sign breaking the post.  Oppert was fined $10 for ‘no proof of insurance’.
