A New Lisbon couple has been charged with theft in a business setting.  According to the criminal complaint, the owners of Concrete Coverings, 51-year old John Nicholson and Mary Nicholson, had been withholding money from one of their employees for child support payments, but allegedly near sent the money to the child support trust fund.  As of September 2012, the Nicholsons owed over $8000.  When interviewed by authorities, the Nicholsons told a Juneau County detective that John had hospital bills and his medications cost $2700.  They needed the money and it was not sent to the child support trust fund.  The couple is summoned to appear in court on December 19th, 2012.
