A 17-year old Necedah High School student has been cited for disorderly conduct.  The deputy said he responded to the high school Tuesday morning for a fight.  Investigation revealed the 17-year old boy punched and broke the cell phone of an 18-year old male student.  Apparently the 18-year old was talking to a former girlfriend of the 17-year old during biology class.  The 17-year old boy was fined $200.50.
