The Mauston City Council Tuesday night approved the Mayoral appointment for Municipal Court Judge.  Mayor Brian McGuire recommended Seth Tully to fill the newly created position.  The City of Mauston and Village of Necedah have jointly created a new municipal court.  The Village of Necedah Board met in a Special Meeting Tuesday night to also consider the municipal judge position.
