A New Lisbon woman was seriously injured as a result of a two-vehicle accident Thursday afternoon.  The deputy said about 4:30pm 56-year old Juanita Moreno was traveling west on Highway 21 west of County Road ‘M’ in the Town of Cutler when the 2001 PT Cruiser crossed the center line and collided with a 2009 Mach semi tractor-trailer.  Moreno was ejected with a partial dismemberment of her arm.  Moreno was med-flown to UW-Hospital in Madison.  The operator of the semi, 58-year old Robert Bruskewitz of New London, WI was uninjured.
