A New Lisbon man was cited following a one-vehicle accident last week.  The deputy said he responded to an unoccupied vehicle on its roof in a ditch at the intersection of 11th Avenue and 37th Street in the Town of Clearfield.  Investigation revealed the owner of the 2000 Hyundai car, 49-year old Janusz Plucinski, was located at his residence next to a large farm tractor.  Plucinski was planning on using the tractor to pull his car out-of the ditch.  Further investigation revealed he had been drinking.  Plucinski was cited for OWI, operating with a prohibited alcohol content, failure to notify police of accident, and driving too fast for conditions.
