New Lisbon man cited
A rural New Lisbon man has been cited for allowing his dog to run at large. The deputy said Saturday night 58-year old Michael Zloza’s dog was found approximately 100-years off Silvernagle Road in the Town of Lisbon. The dog was dragging a length of chain which had become wrapped around a log in the woods. The dog had been barking for several hours. This was the 2nd time the same dog had been running at large. Zloza was fined $263.50. Zloza says, “I’ll dispute this citation in court. I always keep my dog chained, but the 155-pound husky broke the chain, only the second time in three-years. I take care of my pets.”
