A New Lisbon man has been charged with felony bail jumping and resisting arrest.  According to the complaint, on Friday, August 24th, 2012 20-year old Cody McGregor was drinking alcohol at Kenneday Park located on County Road ‘M’ in the Town of Clearfield.  McGregor was out on bond and a condition of bond was absolute sobriety.  A preliminary breath test showed .129.  As the Lieutenant advised McGregor he was under arrest, McGregor started running.  He was restrained but continued to struggle.  McGregor was then tasered, handcuffed, and transported to the Juneau County Jail.  During a court hearing last Friday, bail was set at $2000 signature bond and McGregor is to maintain absolute sobriety.
