New Lisbon Memorial Library Board also attended the Breakfast with the Mayor and City Council Saturday morning and displayed preliminary designs of the proposed library expansion.  Library Director Deanna Rosier explained, “the proposed 1.3-million dollar library expansion would add an additional 55-hundred square feet to the existing 35-hundred square foot building.  The expansion would include a second entrance from Division Street.  The current building was built by New Lisbon attorney, H.J. Mortenson, and donated to the city and school during the 1950’s.  The architect who designed the library addition is a New Lisbon High School graduate, Andy Berry, of Architectural Design Consultants, Incorporated of Wisconsin Dells.”  Rosier says, “donations keep coming for the Library  Remodeling and Expansion Fund.”
