Nekoosa man charged
A Nekoosa man has been charged with strangulation and suffocation and disorderly conduct. According to the criminal complaint, on Friday morning, August 24th, 2012 37-year old Jake Bottensek returned to a campsite at Wilderness Park in northern Juneau County and allegedly attempted to strangle a 17-year old boy. The deputy found Bottensek passed out lying face down on the ground behind the camper in the woods. He was arrested and transported to the Juneau County Jail. During a court hearing Friday, bond was set at a $2000 signature bond.
