A Nekoosa man has been charged in Adams County with child abuse.  According to the deputy’s report, in December 2012 45-year old Robert West allegedly struck a minor at a residence in the Town of Rome.  During a court hearing, bail was set at a one-thousand dollar signature bond and West is to have no contact with the victim.
