A Necedah woman was seriously injured Thursday afternoon.  The deputy said about 1pm 67-year old Joy Lightstorming was traveling north on Highway 80 south of Necedah.  Lightstorming failed to notice the semi driver in front of her slowing as he made a left turn into the ethanol plant driveway.  Lightstorming struck the corner of the trailer causing the 1997 GMC Safari to slide out-of control into a ditch and strike a tree.  Lightstorming was medically transported to Mile Bluff Medical Center in Mauston.  She was cited for ‘inattentive driving’ and fined $187.90.  The operator of the grain truck, 43-year old Gary Loging of West Salem, was uninjured.
