The Necedah Village Board met for its regular monthly meeting on Monday night, December 9. After a closed session, the board decided to receive a payment from the Necedah Bank of 6,000 dollars. Village Administrator Roger Herried said that the payment was to fulfill the requirement of payment regarding the development on 245 and 247 Oak Grove Drive. The board also had the first reading a municipal court ordinance to include the City of New Lisbon and the Town of Germantown. In the previous ordinance, only the City of Mauston and the Village of Necedah are listed. At the next meeting, there will be a second reading of the ordinance, and possible action by the board. The next meeting is January 13th at 7:00 p.m.
