Necedah man lost control
A Necedah man was cited Saturday evening following a two-vehicle accident. The deputy said about 5:30pm 60-year old James Rummel was traveling north on Padre Pio Drive in the Town of Necedah. As Rummel rounded a curve, he lost control of the 1988 Chevy pickup. The truck went into the oncoming lane of traffic and struck a 1997 Monte Carlo being driven by 17-year old Tylinn Houy of Necedah. No one was injured. Rummel was cited for ‘failure to have vehicle under control’ and for ‘no proof of insurance’. His fines totaled $223.10.
