A Necedah man was cited Saturday evening following a two-vehicle accident.  The deputy said about 5:30pm 60-year old James Rummel was traveling north on Padre Pio Drive in the Town of Necedah.  As Rummel rounded a curve, he lost control of the 1988 Chevy pickup.  The truck went into the oncoming lane of traffic and struck a 1997 Monte Carlo being driven by 17-year old Tylinn Houy of Necedah.  No one was injured.  Rummel was cited for ‘failure to have vehicle under control’ and for ‘no proof of insurance’.  His fines totaled $223.10.
