A Necedah man is facing his 6th Offense OWI after speeding through a stop sign and travelling at rates of nearly 110MPH back on November 23rd.  The vehicle did not stop until it fishtailed off the road rolling over and hitting a tree.  Authorities pulled the driver 46 year old John Fike out of the vehicle for safety reasons, due to the smoke and smell of gasoline.  Authorities noticed several open cans of beer in the vehicle.  Fike covered in blood from the accident did not cooperate with authorities and at one point spit into the eye of one of the officers.  Fike was transported to the hospital.  A blood draw was done on him and the results showed he had a .144 blood alcohol content.  Fike is also being charged with Operating Motor Vehicle while Revoked, Throw Discharge Bodily Fluids at Safety Worker, and Attempting to Flee or Elude an Officer.
