A Mauston police officer made contact with 29-year old James Hillyer at the Juneau County Justice Center Tuesday afternoon.  Hillyer was advised there was a warrant for his arrest from the Mauston Area Municipal Court.  The officer contacted Judge Seth Tully and advised him the defendant had no money to post bond.  Judge Tully conducted a brief phone meeting with Hillyer and advised the officer that the defendant was free to leave.
