A Wisconsin Rapids woman was seriously injured when the motorcycle she was operating struck a dog in the Town of Necedah. The deputy said Thursday afternoon about 5:40pm 40-year old Jennifer Johnson was traveling north on County Road ‘G’ near 14th Avenue when a dog ran into the road.  She was unable to avoid the animal.  The 2007 Honda motorcycle tipped and slid about 15-yards.  Johnson was partially ejected and medically transported to Mile Bluff Medical Center in Mauston.  The owner of the dog, Carol Gray, was issued a dog-at-large verbal warning.
