A section of Clark Street in the City of Tomah was closed Wednesday due to a drug investigation.  Tomah Police said, “about 11am officers responded to the 400-block of Clark Street for a report of a possible methamphetamine lab located in a parked vehicle.  Investigation resulted in the alley being closed and the immediate area surrounding a residential garage being isolated.  A La Crosse County Sheriff’s Department deputy assisted Tomah police and gathered items consistent in the manufacturing of methamphetamine as evidence.  The scene remained closed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic until 2pm Wednesday afternoon.”  The incident remains under investigation.
