A Mauston woman has been charged with forgery.  According to the criminal complaint, last month 30-year old Cassondra Harmsen allegedly altered a prescription for vicodin from 15 to 75-pills.  The pharmacy refused to fill the prescription and called police.  Harmsen denied changing the prescription.  She is summoned to appear in court on November 28th, 2012.
