A Mauston teenager was cited as a result of a one-vehicle accident Sunday afternoon.  The deputy said about 5:50, 17-year old Kaila Parker was traveling east on Highway 71 near Elroy.  When she reached for her cell phone, she lost control of the car she was driving.  The 2002 Hyundai Elantra entered the ditch, struck a snow bank, and went airborne.  The vehicle landed on the passenger side.  Three passengers, 17-year old Cory Severin of Elroy, 17-year old Christine Stokes of Kendall, and 17-year old Vincent Newman of Elroy, were transported by ambulance.  Parker was uninjured.  She was cited for ‘Inattentive driving’ and for ‘Operating a vehicle without insurance’.  Her fines totaled $388.
