A Mauston man was involved in a one-vehicle accident in Adams County last month.  The deputy said 48-year old Darren Glattfelder was traveling down hill on County Road ‘B’ in the Town of New Chester.  The road conditions were icy and Glattfelder lost control when a deer entered the roadway.  The 2004 Ford Ranger pickup crossed into the on-coming lane of traffic and struck a guard rail.  Glattfelder was uninjured.
