A Mauston man was transported last week to the Dodge Correctional Institution to begin his prison sentence.  According to the court records, in April 2012 31-year old Jason Hulse plead no contest to two felony charges of possession of child pornography.  On September 25th, 2012, the court sentenced Hulse to three-years in prison plus 5-years of extended supervision for each charge.  The sentences to run concurrently.  He was credited with 279-days already served in the Juneau County Jail.  During an execution of a search warrant in November 2011 at Hulse’s residence on Monroe Street in the City of Mauston, a Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation Agent and Mauston Police recovered a black HP laptop computer with child pornography on the hard drive.
