A Mauston man was cited for retail theft.  Police said Thursday evening an officer responded to Festival Foods for a shoplifting complaint.  Investigation revealed 46-year old Daniel Jensen attempted to conceal a large bottle of brandy inside a bag.  The bag broke exposing the bottle of alcohol.  Jensen could not show a receipt to the store clerk.  Jensen was fined $303.00.
