A Mauston man has been sentenced to two-years in prison plus two-years of extended supervision for selling heroin.  Thursday afternoon Sauk County Judge Patrick Taggert accepted the joint recommendation by 25-year old Seth Beranek’s defense attorney and the Juneau County District Attorney’s Office.  In February Sebranek plead guilty to two counts of being a party to the delivery of heroin and three other drug charges were dismissed.   Sebranek received identical sentences for both counts which will run concurrently. Sebranek was in a Juneau County courtroom Thursday afternoon after posting a $5000 cash bond in February 2013.  Judge Taggert also credited Sebranek with 252-days already served in the Juneau County Jail.
