A Mauston man was taken into custody on a probation hold.  Police said Sunday morning about 4am an officer was initially dispatched to a residence in the 900-block of West State Street in the City of Mauston for a domestic disturbance.  Investigation revealed 27-year old Joshawa Thomas had been in an argument with is girlfriend but she didt not wish to file a complaint.  Further investigation revealed Thomas had been drinking alcohol, a probation violation.  Thomas was arrested and transported to the Juneau County Jail.  He was cited for disorderly conduct and fined
