A Mauston man was taken into custody on a probation hold Wednesday morning.  Police said about 2am an officer responded to a residence in the 200-block of West State Street in the City of Mauston for a disturbance.  An investigation revealed 22-year old Joseph Dixon was drinking alcohol, a violation of his probation.  Further investigation revealed a baggie of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in a glass container.  In addition to being transported to the Juneau County Jail, Dixon was also cited for possession of THC and drug paraphernalia.  His fines totaled $606.60.
