The Mauston City Council held their monthly meeting Tuesday June 12th.  Melanie Lendosky of Johnson Block Auditor updated the council on the audit results.  She advised the board that the audit is still in draft mode but numbers are unlikely to change.  She advised the council should set a budget in the future for their Capital Project Funds and that the City will have to go through a TIF audit in the near future.  The board also approved a motion to replace a 2007 Case Loader Plow and Wing in the amount of $30,087.00 and approved Operators Licenses to Kathleen Carter, Angela Herlitz, and Tara Radcliffe.  The board also will look into drafting ATV routes and will look into a couple different routes to give citizens near the fairgrounds more access to the main trails.  The council is also in the process of hiring the Cities new Administrator.
