Mauston approves interim financing
The Mauston City Council Tuesday night approved a form of short-term borrowing. The Council passed a Resolution for the Sale of an approximately $3,265,000 Anticipation Note as recommended by the City’s financial advisor, Ehlers and Associates. The interim financing will be used for the pedestrian walkway, the Riverside Park Improvement Project, and the Beach Street improvements. The funds will be repaid using TIF revenue.
