Two New Lisbon men have been charged with possession of THC with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.  According to the criminal complaint, in September 2012 New Lisbon police along with Juneau County deputies executed a search warrant at a residence in the City of New Lisbon.  The search revealed dozens of marijuana plants in various stages of growth along with grow lights and soil.  The marijuana growing operation was within 1000 feet of the New Lisbon Schools.  49-year old Tobi Swearingen and 43-year old John Tew have been summoned to appear in court on February 6th, 2013.
