Madison man arrested on heroin charges
As a result of a drug investigation of a residence in Grand Marsh in Adams County last month, a Madison man was arrested on drug charges. According to the deputy’s report, 33-year old Walter Ross was taken into custody as a result of a traffic stop on County Road ‘E’ near Grand Marsh on October 25th, 2012. He was arrested for being a party to the delivery of heroin. A search at the Adams County Jail revealed 3-aluminum bindles of heroin concealed on his body. During a court hearing, bond was set at a $5,000 cash bond.
