A Lyndon Station man was seriously injured Thursday night.  The deputy said about 11:30pm 66-year old Robert Marshall was traveling south on 26th Avenue in the Town of Kildare.  As he rounded a curve near County Road ‘HH’, the 1991 Ford Crown Victoria left the roadway, entered the ditch, and struck a tree.  Marshall suffered a head injury and became unconscious.  He was discovered about 5am Friday morning.  Marshall was medically transported.  He was cited for ‘failure to keep vehicle under control’ and fined $213.10.
