A Lyndon Station man was taken into custod Monday.  The deputy said he responded to a residence on Cemetery Road and arrested 29-year old Timothy Hale for an outstanding Chippewa  County warrant, on a City of Elroy Municipal warrant, and he was placed o a probation and parole hold.  Hale was transported to the Juneau County Jail.
