A Lyndon Station man was arrested in Adams County for OWI-4th offense.  The deputy said earlier this month 29-year old Matthew Kropp was stopped on Highway 13 in the Town of Dell Prairie for crossing the center line.  Kropp failed a field sobriety test.  He was transported to Moundview Memorial Hospital for a blood draw and then transferred to the Adams County Jail.
