A LaFarge man was arrested Thursday for 2nd Degree Sexual Assault.  Vernon County Sheriff John Spears said, “54-year old Tony Wood was arrested in Tomah after an investigation by Investigator Matt Sutton.  The investigation alleged contact with the victim from May 2012 to the present.  Following a court hearing Friday, Wood was released on a $5000 signature bond.”  The case is till under investigation by the Vernon County Sheriff’s Office.
