Kwik Trip is partnering with the U.S. Energy Department to accelerate the deployment of clean, energy-efficient vehicles and infrastructure to support their widespread use. Base in La Crosse, Kwik Trip sells alternative fuels and uses them in its own fleet.  More the 90 Kwik Trip stores offer E85, while another nine locations sell natural gas.  “The market for energy-efficient and electric vehicles is expanding dramatically, giving drivers and businesses more options to save money on fuel while reducing carbon pollution,”  said Energy Secretary Steven Chu.
