A Friendship man has been cited for shoplifting.  Police said earlier this month 18-year old Evan Sollinger had gone to the A-F County Market in the City of Adams.  He had attempted to steal bug spray worth $6.  He crossed through the first set of doors and threw the can of insect repellent back into the store then took off on foot.  Police were able to ID Sollinger by a surveillance camera photo.  Sollinger told the officer he just wanted to spray himself down but didn’t want to buy it.  Sollinger was fined $389.50.
