A Juneau County Detective submitted a not guilty plea by letter Monday morning.  44-year old Randy Georgeson had been cited for OWI-1st offense and operating a motor vehicle with a prohibitive alcohol concentration greater than .15%.  Georgeson was not in court.  Sheriff Brent Oleson said he could not comment whether Georgeson was still on paid administrative leave.  Sheriff Oleson said it was a personnel matter and it would be inappropriate to comment.  The state patrol said Georgeson was operating a Sheriff’s Department vehicle last month while drinking and entered the ditch.  His preliminary breath test showed .193%.  The Intoximeter at the jail showed .16.
