Judge finds probable cause
A Juneau County Judge found probable cause and bound an Elroy man, 20-year old Vincent Casares over for arraignment. Casares was in court Friday afternoon with his attorney Dan Berkos. After hearing testimony from three different law enforcement officers during a preliminary hearing on three separate sexual assault of child charges, Judge Paul Curran found probable cause crimes had been committed and that Casares had committed them. The court scheduled the defendant’s arraignment for April 18th, 2013. Casares is currently in the New Lisbon Prison serving a 2-year sentence for a burglary conviction in Sauk County.
