A student at the JCAN School east of Necedah was mailed a citation.  The deputy said last Thursday morning he responded to th charter school for a disturbance and an out-of-control student.  The 16-year old Mauston boy was angry because people were picking on him.  He had thrown a chair in the hallway and swore at other students.  The juvenile was cited for disorderly conduct and fined $263.50.
