The Interstate 94 east bound on-ramp from Highway 12 by McDonald’s Restaurant in Tomah was closed Monday afternoon.  The State Patrol said about noon a disabled semi had a load that was in danger of tipping.  A tow truck removed the semi and the on-ramp was re-opened about 2pm.
