Injuring a deputy
An Adams man has been charged with disorderly conduct and resisting causing injury to a deputy. Police said in July 2013 an officer along with a county deputy responded to an apartment in the 900-block of West State Street in the City of Adams for a disturbance. When the officer arrived the deputy had 28-year old Dallas Larson restrained, but was unable to handcuff him because of an injured right arm. The officer handcuffed Larson and both law enforcement officers forced Larson into the squad car. The deputy transported Larson to the Adams County Jail then went to the ER for medical attention. Investigation by the police officer revealed Larson had allegedly gotten into a disturbance with his wife and father-in-law as a result of postings on his wife’s Facebook account. Larson is currently out-on a $1000 signature bond. His stood mute on the charges during his arraignment earlier this week. He next hearing is scheduled for October 8th, 2012. According to the report, Larson had his name changed from Itzen after his marriage.
