A Grand Marsh woman was cited for illegally parking in a handicap stall.  Police said on Sunday, February 17th, 2013 about 6pm 44-year old Laura Masiulewicz was parked in the Adams-Friendship High School Parking lot in a handicap stall without a permit or required license plate when a Friendship woman, 18-year old Macey Glavin reversed from a visitor parking stall and rear-ended the Masiulezicz van.  The impact damaged the rear hatch area and shattered the back window.  No one was injured.
