A Baraboo man is facing his 5th Offense OWI after authorities received a driving complaint from a concerned party.  On August 10th Juneau County authorities received a driving complaint.  The complainant stated a black Chevy Camaro was driving “crazy” and had cut them off and passed another vehicle in a no passing zone.  They said the driver had turned into the golf course just outside of Mauston off of Highway 58.  Authorities spotted the vehicle and made contact with the driver.  The driver was identified as 59 year old Kerry Funmaker.  Funmaker said they had stopped at the golf course because his wife had lost her phone.  Authorities could smell alcohol on Funmaker and he admitted to having a couple of beers about an hour ago.  Authorities conducted a field sobriety test on Funmaker, who showed several clues of impairment.  Funmaker was transported to Juneau County Jail where he agreed to a legal blood draw.
