Gas drive-off
A New Lisbon man has been charged with misdemeanor theft. According to the deputy on January 2nd, 2013 34-year old Albert Asbrand put $30 worth of gasoline into his vehicle at the BP Supermart in Necedah. He attempted to pay with a personal check but the clerk would not accept it because of a prior returned check due to the bank account being closed. Asbrand attempted to pay with a credit card but it was declined. He then left the store without paying for the gas. Asbrand is summoned to appear in court on February 20th, 2013.
