A Friendship woman was taken into custody last week.  Police said 31-year old Tasha Higgins was stopped in the City of Adams for a revoked license.  She was transported to the Adams County Jail.  In addition to being arrested, Higgins was also cited for ‘operating motor vehicle without insurance’.  Her fines totaled $450.50.
