A Friendship woman has been charged with felony, delivery of prescription drugs.  According to the criminal complaint, 19-year old Kelsey Fischer allegedly stole her father’s prescription pain medication and gave the pills to a friend.  During a court hearing last month, bail was set at a $1500 signature bond.
