A Westfield woman was cited for fleeing an accident.  The deputy said in December 2012 51-year old Helen Casper was traveling west on Ember Drive in the Town of Easton in Adams County when she lost control of her 2000 Chevy Impala on the snow-covered roads.  The car traveled across the oncoming lane of traffic, entered the ditch and struck a Frontier telephone utility box.  Casper was uninjured.
