Authorities responded to an apartment in the City of Adams earlier this month for a reported disturbance among three women.  Investigation revealed an ongoing party and subsequent fight.  Police said 18-year old Destiny Giles of Adams, 20-year old Crystal Pharis of Friendship, and 18-year old Melissa Anderson of Adams were arrested and transported to the Adams County Jail and released on a signature bond.  The women were tentatively charged with disorderly conduct and misdemeanor battery.  In addition, Giles was also tentatively charged with bail jumping.  The neighbor reporting the fight also told authorities juveniles were running from the apartment and had gotten into a white colored car.  The car was stopped in the Village of Friendship for a cracked rear view mirror.  Following an investigation, a 17-year old Necedah male was arrested for OWI-1st offense and transported to the Adams County jail where his grandfather picked him up.  18-year old Alexander Heinzl and 18-year old Dylan Skusevich of Necedah were cited for underage drinking.  Skusevich was also cited for possession of THC.
